WC1 London Office Install

An office in WC1 London upgrades their tea and coffee area with Miele professional dishwashers

A bustling office in WC1 London was undertaking a complete office refurbishment, including their busy communal employee tea and coffee area. After carefully evaluating their requirements, we advised them to invest in two Miele Professional PFD101i dishwashers with stainless steel doors. This recommendation was made in consideration of the demanding usage in an office setting, where standard domestic dishwashers would quickly succumb to the heavy workload. Additionally, commercial dishwashers come with the added advantage of a comprehensive 2-year parts and labour warranty, which is not offered for domestic dishwashers used in a commercial environment. By opting for Miele Professional appliances, the office ensured a longer lifespan for their dishwashers, backed by the reassurance of a 2-year warranty.

One of regular clients a Care Home Group who we have completed previous appliance installations for at some of their other care homes, approached us regarding a large brand-new install for a new Care Home which they were planning to open. They were looking to completely fit out their new kitchen with commercial appliances including a steam oven, range cooker, fryer, fridge freezers and dishwasher. Plus, an all-new stainless-steel kitchen area including a canopy and work benches which our engineers visited the site, designed, and installed.

Busy London Office Install

We were approached by a busy office in EC1 London who were refitting their office including their busy communal employee tea and coffee area. After discussing their requirements, we recommended they purchase two Miele Professional PFD104 SCVi XXL dishwashers as domestic dishwashers would not cope with the demand from a busy office. Plus, commercial dishwashers come with the benefits of a 2-year parts and labour warranty. Whilst domestic dishwasher machines used in a commercial environment are not eligible for any warranty. Therefore, the investment in Miele Professional appliances ensured their dishwashers would have a longer life cycle with a 2-year warranty protection. Once they decided on the appliances our install engineers visited the site and fitted their two new dishwashers and of course we are on hand to attend in the unlikely occurrence of an issue or breakdown in either appliance.

New London Hotel

We were approached by one of our existing customers regards a new hotel they planned to open in central London. The customer required commercial washer and dryer appliances to launder the hotel’s towels and bathrobes. We assessed their needs and advised on suitable appliances. Our installation team visited the site and installed the following professional washer/dryer appliances all with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.

Catering equipment install

Runwood Homes Ltd are a large care home provider across most of the UK. We have worked with them for several years to install and maintain their commercial catering equipment, dishwasher and laundry appliances across many of their East Anglia sites. Their recent catering equipment request was for their Silvanna Court Care Home in Wickford Essex. We installed an Invoq combi 10-1/1GN steam combi oven into the home’s restaurant, complete with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. This state-of-the-art steam oven is ideal for their catering requirements and the customer is extremely happy with the appliance.

Dudbrook Hall, Brentwood, Installation Project

St Michael’s Homes Ltd have been our client for over 7 years. We have maintained & serviced their laundry appliances since 2016 in their laundry facility at their Howard Lodge Care Home in Kelvedon Hatch, Essex. Recently, St Michael’s have opened a new 76 bed care home in Brentwood, Dudbrook Hall and they commissioned us to fit out their new laundry facility. Our engineers fitted 3 x Miele Professional 14kg washer & heat pump dryers, complete with a long-term service plan. Our service contracts include servicing, all parts and labour, plus, a same-day or next-day on site repair service.

Towel laundry installation at the Mayfair Hotel in London

We recently worked with the Mayfair Hotel in London on an on-premise towel laundry. The hotel needed a solution to keep their guest towels fluffy and soft, so we installed a quality Miele Professional solution to meet with their needs.

The Talley Group installs Miele laundry machines to wash NHS mattresses

When the Talley Group came to us for support to wash NHS mattresses for local hospitals, we were able to provide our knowledge and services to install two 32kg Miele PW6321 Washing Machines and two Miele PT8807 dryers to manage their needs.

The group has 3 sites around the country, washing up to hundreds of mattresses a day in each location, so the reliability and longevity of the machines, along with the quality of the wash were all incredibly important in the choice of machines for the site. The mattresses have a quick turnaround time, so efficient washing, especially at the start of the pandemic was important. We were able to install and commission the machines during lock-down, and are proud to have been able to help the NHS in this small way. During the wash, the mattresses are thermally disinfected to eradicate bacteria and soiling, and independent monitoring devices are used to ensure that every cycle holds the required temperature for the correct amount of time to achieve thermal disinfection.

To meet with compliance guidelines, the laundry area is designed with a dirty room for washing, and a separate drying room to avoid contamination of the mattresses.
