“GW always tries to assist us in all ways to get their engineers to us as soon as possible when the machines break down. Up until a few months ago we only had one machine for each phase and when the machines broke down it was mayhem. Jessica and the engineers are always very supportive. We now have an extra washing machine and tumble dryer at both phases, so the pressure is off slightly. We know that this company always gives us 100% if there are problems as there always are in business they certainly have a “Can do” attitude.”
